President's Letter

Welcome to Maxim Resources Inc.

We would like to thank you for your interest in Maxim Resources Inc., (“Maxim”). The company is a junior venture oil and gas exploration and production listed issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada. The company is also quoted on the Frankfurt Exchange as well as the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board in the United States.

Since 2008 the company has had one primary project in Trinidad. This is a net revenue interest that shows considerable promise as it was quoted as being the largest onshore find in Trinidad when first drilled. This project provides Maxim with an existing production line to generate revenue from when the project begins to perform, as well as a step out opportunity for future growth and greater production.

This is part of what Maxim is striving to do, build a junior company that will grow into a mid tier production entity that has strong revenue and growth potentials. We are actively seeking new projects on an ongoing basis that fall within the geographic territories of North America and the Caribbean.
