Maxim Resources Corp. is a Canadian based, junior oil and gas production and exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, symbol (“MXM”).

Maxim is in the process of establishing itself as a mid tier oil and gas producer with an objective to secure investments and projects within a specific categories. Assets and opportunities must meet one of the following criteria;

Producing

Projects with existing production and a proven resource with an exploration step-out opportunity

Projects with near term and or enhancement of production possibility, while maintaining an exploration opportunity

Projects that are long range in nature having shown promise for proving a resource or strategic locations

This asset mix and structure will provide Maxim with revenue and near term revenue opportunities as well as an ability to secure potential step out opportunities that will allow the Company to become a mid tier junior producer.

Maxim’s growth plans are strategically focused in the Caribbean and Canada at this time with a view to considering further accredited projects in other regions and countries.
