Maxim Resources management boasts a dynamic array of industry experience, including expertise in venture capital and natural resources. The following directors spearhead Maxim’s efforts.

Arthur Brown – President & CEO

Brown has over 20 years’ experience with public companies, and extensive knowledge in the securities industry. He has also raised millions of dollars in both the private and public sectors.

Glen MacDonald – Director

A professional geologist, MacDonald consults and manages exploration and mining development projects for major and junior mining companies. He currently holds positions as Director and/or Senior Manager (finance and project analysis) with numerous junior mining companies.

Tim Bokenfohr – Director

Mr. Bokenfohr, RET, has been the director of marketing of Pearl Exploration and Production Ltd since 2005. Since 1997, he has been president of Trimar Tech Ltd., a private company providing long- and short-term marketing services for small to large energy and production companies and trusts on all products, including crude oil, natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and sulphur.
